Project Description
Master plan and architectural design for a 30-ha cultural park in Kigali featuring auditoriums, botanical garden, museums, traditional architecture, visitor facilities and green building principles, supporting Rwanda’s cultural diversification.
Scope of Services
- Contextual analyses covering cultural assets, market trends and site conditions
- Formulation of the preliminary concept integrating functional, cultural and environmental objectives
- Development of the site master plan with spatial organisation, zoning and circulation systems
- Preliminary design of key facilities including architectural concepts and layout plans
- Detailed design with cost estimates, technical specifications and construction documentation
- Graphic design of the village’s visual identity, including image guidelines and logo
- Production of high-quality 3D renderings to support presentation and stakeholder engagement
