Urban Master Plan in Benin

We are pleased to announce that Keios has been shortlisted by the African Development Bank (AfDB) to present a proposal for the “Elaboration of the Urban Master Plan (PDU) of the City of Malanville and its Surroundings”.
This project will support the sustainable and inclusive development of Malanville, a strategic city in northern Benin. The objective is to develop an Urban Master Plan that promotes balanced land use, preserves cultural and environmental heritage, and integrates climate adaptation measures to address challenges such as flooding, deforestation, and urban sprawl.
We are proud to bring our expertise in urban planning and sustainable development to this important initiative in collaboration with local stakeholders and the AfDB.
