Master plan in Nouadhibou

We are pleased to announce that Keios, in association with CREA Aménagement, has been invited by the Nouadhibou Free Zone Authority to submit a proposal for the Master Plan of the New Central Business District of Nouadhibou.
This ambitious project aims to transform more than 590 hectares into a new business district, including the headquarters of major companies, hotels, commercial and residential spaces, as well as an attractive waterfront with strong recreational potential.
We are proud to contribute our expertise in urban planning, economic development, and sustainable design to this major initiative for Mauritania.
