Tourism Master Plan for the Bromo-Tengger-Semeru National Park

Keios, in joint venture with Multidecon (Indonesia), has been hired by the Government of Indonesia, funded by the World Bank, to prepare the Integrated Tourism Master Plan for the Bromo-Tengger-Semeru National Park and its surrounding area. It includes iconic natural assets such as Mount Bromo, Tengger caldera and Mount Semeru, Java’s highest mountain.
The master plan will include a 25-year phased overall development plan for the entire tourism destination area and a 5-year detailed development plans for prioritized key tourism areas; an investment and financing plan for infrastructure and services; and an institutional development program and a capacity building program.
The project team leader will be Peter Nizette, an international tourism expert working with Keios for many years, leading master planning assignments all around the world.
